The Freshness of the Forest – Harvested Jan 13, 2026 There is something deeply special about honey that comes straight from the wild.

We are thrilled to announce that our latest batch was harvested on January 13, 2026. This isn't mass-produced honey from a farm; this is nectar gathered by wild bees from the deep forest, capturing a specific moment in nature's calendar.  Two Distinct Flavors: Sweet & Bitter Nature doesn't just provide one taste. Depending on which flowers the bees visit, the honey takes on a completely different character. We have two unique varieties for you to choose from:  Wild Sweet Honey: Collected from a diverse range of forest wildflowers. It’s light, floral, and perfect for your morning tea or toast.  The Rare Bitter Honey: This is a connoisseur’s favorite. The bees collect this nectar from specific bitter-blooming forest plants. It has a complex, sophisticated profile and is highly sought after for its medicinal properties.  Pure, Filtered, and Untouched We believe in keeping the honey as close to the hive as possible. Our process is simple:  Natural Extraction: Collected carefully from the forest.  Simple Filtration: We filter the honey to remove large wax particles while keeping the good stuff in.  Hygienic Glass Packaging: We never use plastic. Each batch is packed in sterilized glass bottles to preserve the flavor and ensure no chemicals leach into your honey.  Why "Pollen-Rich" Honey Matters Most honey you find in supermarkets is "ultra-filtered" or heat-processed. This removes the natural pollens, which are the most nutritious part of the honey!  Our honey is raw and contains natural pollens. Why does this matter?  Rich in Nutrients: Pollen contains amino acids, vitamins, and antioxidants.  True Flavor: Processed honey often tastes like plain syrup; our honey tastes like the forest.  Digestive & Immune Support: Raw honey with pollen is a functional food that supports your overall well-being.  Note: Because our honey is raw and unprocessed, you may see slight crystallization or a "cloudy" look—this is a sign of purity and the presence of natural pollen!
